alycia-may

Alycia is a California born, Washington raised, Oregonian. Her family moved from the California Bay Area to Port Ludlow, Washington in 2002 where she and her younger sister had the privilege to grow up on the scenic Olympic Peninsula. Alycia spent those precious sunny days biking, trail riding with her horse, Ben, and exploring the forests and beaches.

She began her working years as a cook in a gourmet farm-to-fork restaurant who prided themselves on the locally sourced, hand selected Pacific Northwest ingredients. She quickly became an integral member of the team, cooking side-by-side with the acclaimed chef The Galloping Gourmet. She has prepared meals for an array of high-profile clientele.

She then moved to Truckee, California where she spent her time enjoying the Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Lake Tahoe area hiking, swimming and learning about the rich history of the town.

After moving back to Washington's Eastside in 2014, she started to take an interest in new home construction and real estate. Her father has been in the industry for over 40 years and drawing from his wealth of knowledge, she began her career in real estate in 2018 and has been enjoying it ever since.

In 2020 she moved to Happy Valley, Oregon to continue growing professionally. That is where she currently resides with her long-time partner, Andrew, and her two beloved cats, Monroe and Roscoe. In her off time, Alycia enjoys crocheting, tending to her tropical plant collection and spending time with her mom and sister in California.

Alycia spent 3 years in New Home Sales but has since transitioned into a new role. She is now a member of the Land Acquisition team with James & Associates Inc. and couldn’t be happier with her new opportunity.
